- Pool bar: open daily in high season. In low season, it operates on weekends and holidays. The menu includes breakfast (by reservation), lunch, snacks and drinks.

- Additional cleaning: housekeeping service available by appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

- Electricity: consumption is included in the stay. We ask for conscious use: keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning and turn off equipment when leaving. In cases of excessive or negligent use, extraordinary costs may be charged.

- Linen policy: complete linens (bed sheets and towels) are provided for the entire stay. As this is a vacation rental, we do not provide daily changes as hotels do.

Scheduled change policy:

a) Up to 5 nights: no scheduled change

b) 6 to 8 nights: 1 change available upon request

c) 9 nights or more: 1 weekly change as a courtesy, by appointment.

Additional changes are available for a fee, with at least 24 hours' notice. The change covers linens only and does not include cleaning or tidying of the property.

- Welcome items: we provide essential items for the start of your stay (toilet paper, dish soap, among others). As this is a vacation rental, we do not provide continuous replenishment. If the items run out, replenishment is the guest's responsibility.
