Quiet Hours: Keep the volume of music, television and conversations at a level that does not disturb the neighbors, especially after 10:00 PM.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Please use designated outdoor areas, if available.

No Unregistered Visitors: Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to stay on the premises. Unregistered visitors must be reported and previously authorized by the owners and/or the building management.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Respecting these times is essential to ensure proper cleaning and preparation of the space.

Respect for Common Areas: Use the common areas of the building responsibly, respecting the established rules and schedules. Keep them clean and put back any furniture used.

Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage in the appropriate containers, following the building's guidelines. Do not leave garbage bags in hallways or common areas.

Pets: We accept 1 small pet per booking, subject to a R$ 150.00 fee per stay. Please inform us when booking. Please follow the specific rules established by the building.

Maintenance and Care: Report any damage or problem with the facilities to our team immediately. Keep the property in good condition and do not make any changes without prior authorization.

Security: Be mindful of the building's security and do not allow access to unauthorized people. Follow the entry and exit rules.

Additional Agreement: Before the stay, guests must sign an additional agreement during the online check-in process, detailing the rules established by the building and the owners.

Sound in Common Areas: The use of any sound equipment in the common areas of the building is not allowed.

Air Conditioning: Please turn off the air conditioner when leaving the unit. This helps save energy and promotes a more sustainable environment.

Balconies: Hanging clothes, towels or similar items on the balcony railings is not allowed.

Deliveries: Delivery personnel are not allowed inside the building. All deliveries must be picked up by the guest at the front desk.

Pool: Open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Food, beverages and glass or porcelain items are not allowed in the pool area, and no eating or drinking inside the pool.

Gym: Open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Please sanitize the equipment before and after use (70% alcohol available on site). Children under 14 are not allowed.

Emergencies: In case of emergencies or adverse situations, contact us or the competent authorities immediately.

Apartamento bem localizado na Barra De São Miguel, onde não tem agito e nem aglomeração de pessoas. Praia bonita e tranquila, para a prática de natação pela manhã e banho de mar com a família. A piscina do apartamento é ótima. Ótima opção para quem está com família e não procura agito. Opção de comer de noite (praia dos Franceses), melhor custo benefício, não recomendamos o Bar do Engenho (pouca comida é caro). Supermercado Uni Preço.
