Silence Law : Keep the volume of music, television, and conversations at a level that does not disturb neighbors, especially after 10 p.m.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the common areas of the condominium. Please use the designated outdoor areas, if available.

No Unauthorized Visitors : Only guests registered in the lease agreement are allowed to stay on the premises. Unregistered visitors must be communicated and authorized by the owners and/or condominium administrators.

Check-In and Check-Out Times : Check-out must be done by 11:30 a.m., and check-in can be done from 2:30 p.m. Adhering to these times is essential to ensure proper cleaning and preparation of the space.

Respect for Common Areas : Use the condominium's common areas conscientiously, respecting the established rules and schedules. Keep them clean and organize any furniture used.

Garbage Collection : Dispose of garbage in the appropriate containers, following the condominium's guidelines. Avoid leaving garbage bags in corridors or common areas.

Pets : Consult in advance about permission to bring pets. If allowed, respect the specific rules established by the condominium.

Maintenance and Conservation : Immediately report any damage or issues with the facilities to our team. Keep the place in proper condition and avoid making modifications without prior authorization.

Security : Be vigilant about condominium security, not allowing unauthorized access. Respect entry and exit rules.

Additional Contract : Before the stay, guests must sign an additional contract in the online check-in process, detailing the rules established by the condominium and the owners.

Emergencies : In case of emergencies or adverse situations, contact us immediately or the competent authorities.
