The proximity to paradisiacal beaches and the San Martin condominium offer a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the coast of Alagoas.

Air-conditioned environments, equipped kitchen and cozy living and dining rooms guarantee the necessary comfort. The Suite with queen bed, the reverse suite with bunk bed and auxiliary bed (double) and the two reverse suites with bunk bed and auxiliary bed (single) are carefully designed to provide a restful night's sleep. The washing and drying machine adds practicality to the stay.

The San Martin Condominium is located in the Alto de São Marcos neighborhood, in Barra de São Miguel - AL, a quiet area with tree-lined streets and a mix of homes and local shops.

The crystal-clear beaches of Barra de São Miguel are nearby and within walking distance. The area has restaurants serving typical Alagoas cuisine.

At the condominium, guests can enjoy a pool, gym, children's playground, game room and barbecue area.


Barra de São Miguel is on the south coast of Alagoas, accessed via the AL-101 Sul highway. Zumbi dos Palmares International Airport (MCZ), in Maceió, is about 52 km away, roughly a 1-hour drive. If needed, we can recommend trusted drivers and transfer options.

The condominium has parking. To explore the region, there are car rental options, guided tours and ride-hailing apps.

House Rules

Quiet Hours: Keep the volume of music, television and conversations at a level that does not disturb the neighbors, especially after 10:00 PM.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Please use designated outdoor areas, if available.

No Unregistered Visitors: Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to stay on the premises. Unregistered visitors must be reported and previously authorized by the owners and/or the building management.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Respecting these times is essential to ensure proper cleaning and preparation of the space.

Respect for Common Areas: Use the common areas of the building responsibly, respecting the established rules and schedules. Keep them clean and put back any furniture used.

Garbage Disposal: Dispose of garbage in the appropriate containers, following the building's guidelines. Do not leave garbage bags in hallways or common areas.

Pets: We accept 1 small pet per booking, subject to a R$ 150.00 fee per stay. Please inform us when booking. Please follow the specific rules established by the building.

Maintenance and Care: Report any damage or problem with the facilities to our team immediately. Keep the property in good condition and do not make any changes without prior authorization.

Security: Be mindful of the building's security and do not allow access to unauthorized people. Follow the entry and exit rules.

Additional Agreement: Before the stay, guests must sign an additional agreement during the online check-in process, detailing the rules established by the building and the owners.

Emergencies: In case of emergencies or adverse situations, contact us or the competent authorities immediately.

Apartamento fantástico. Cheio de requinte e conforto. Condomínio muito acolhedor e completo para atividades. Móveis de excelente qualidade que proporcionam uma estadia ainda mais agradável ... Equipe da Gestão muito cortez e acessível. Enfim, muito satisfeito com a hospedagem e até o mimo da torta... A forma de resolver a questão do copo também nos deixou uma excelente imagem da empresa. Enfim, muito satisfeito.

Talvez um filtro ou bebedouro traria ainda maior comidade aos hóspedes... A questão de ter que ficar comprando galão com água foi uma única coisa a ser pontuada. No demais, excelente.

Nossa estadia em Barra de São Miguel foi muito boa. O Alisson foi um anfitrião atencioso e o apartamento estava exatamente conforme descrito no anúncio. O imóvel é muito bem cuidado, com utensílios em ótimas condições e ar-condicionado excelente, funcionando perfeitamente. O único ponto a observar é o filtro de água, que não estava funcionando e precisa de reparo. Fora isso, tudo correu muito bem e tivemos uma experiência bastante positiva. Recomendo a hospedagem.

O apartamento é super completo, equipado com todos os utensílios e itens necessários para uma estadia incrível. Tivemos um imprevisto e acabamos fazendo a reserva de última hora — com apenas uma hora de antecedência para o check-in — e, mesmo assim, fomos recebidos da melhor forma possível. Tudo estava impecável: desde o enxoval cuidadosamente preparado até a atenção e rapidez nas respostas sempre que tivemos alguma dúvida. Um destaque especial também para os porteiros, que foi super agradável e prestativo, o que tornou nossa chegada ainda mais acolhedora. Muito obrigada de coração! Adoramos a experiência e, com certeza, queremos voltar em breve!

Foram dias maravilhosos... O apartamento é TOP. E pessoalmente ainda é melhor do que nas fotos. Muito bem equipado, limpo, amplo, tudo novo. Fomos eu e minha família, totalizando 10 pessoas e o apartamento acomodou todos de forma muito satisfatória. O local super tranquilo e de fácil acesso, além de ficar próximo a bares, restaurante e da orla de Barra de São Miguel. Espero retornar em breve, pois foi uma estádia muito boa. O anfitrião foi super atencioso, respondeu a todas as dúvidas. Realmente foi tudo muito bom. Só tenho gratidão.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für Erholung und einen gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Es war eine wunderbar gemütliche Unterkunft mit einem warmen, einladenden Ambiente. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht haben. Das Bett war bequem, und die Umgebung ruhig, was für erholsame Nächte gesorgt hat. Die Unterkunft hatte einen gemütlichen Balkon, auf dem sich eine Grillmöglichkeit befand – perfekt für entspannte Abende, ein wunderbarer Ort, um den Tag mit einem selbst gegrillten Abendessen ausklingen zu lassen. Die Lage bot die perfekte Balance zwischen Strandnähe und ruhiger, privater Atmosphäre. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr einladend und bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchte. Das Areal war gepflegt und bot reichlich Platz, (Pool , Fussball, etc) um sich wohlzufühlen. Auch das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, was das Gefühl von „Zuhause“ noch verstärkt hat.

Das Internet in der Unterkunft hat leider nicht zuverlässig funktioniert, was die Kommunikation und die Planung etwas erschwert hat.
